Joseph’s father, Bart, started Bart Emanuel Plumbing in 1975. Even then Mr. Emanuel focused on superior craftsmanship and attention to detail just as much as he focused on customer service. When his son, Joseph started working with him in 1990, Mr. Emanuel instilled the same work ethic, knowledge of the craft and importance of customer satisfaction in his son.
Joseph’s longstanding commitment to quality work and customer service has transformed his father’s business from a small South Philly business to a regional full-service plumbing, heating, and concrete contracting operation, with the ability to service and install complete plumbing and heating systems for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
Due to excellent service and continued customer satisfaction over the years, Joseph has expanded his services, technology and staff, including a full service excavation crew as well as a concrete team to meet his customers' growing needs.
No matter how much Joseph expands his services and his team, he still firmly believes in the old fashion way of doing business, and that is why your calls are personally answered by Joseph, no matter what time you call. And emergency service is available 24/7. But above all, Joseph’s commitment to quality craftsmanship ensures that every detail of your project is not just completed to your satisfaction, but completed to perfection!
No matter how big or small your plumbing or heating project may be Joseph can provide you with an immediate estimate and service. Since his father started the business, their motto has been, “We will beat any written estimate!” and that still reins true today. In addition to their speedy service and unparalleled craftsmanship, affordable prices have been the cornerstone of their business and will always remain that way.
Over the past several years, Joseph and his father have taken a special interest in supporting the community in which it serves. Every June, this father and son team raises money to support Alex Lemonade Stand, a cause close to Joseph’s heart. By supporting Alex Scott and her vision to end the pain of childhood cancer, Joseph hopes to help keep parents from experiencing the heartache of losing a child to cancer. With so many children in the Philadelphia community suffering with rare disease and cancer, Joseph and his father are happy to be able to support cancer research, even if it is one cup of lemonade at a time.
